Râm Râm 🙏

This is my fourth consecutive year participating in the National Day cycling event, with the objective of covering a distance equivalent to the number of the National Day (currently 61 km). I initiated this personal challenge during the 58th National Day, partnering with a friend to complete 58 km together.

Over the years, Nâmâ Cyclists have seen growing participation, and the number of successful full completions has steadily increased.

This year, nine members of our group began the event, and five have successfully achieved the target distance of 61 km.
Due to a bicycle breakdown, fewer participants were able to complete the event this year.

The Nâmâ Cyclist team commenced the ride on 8th August at 16:50 from the eastern route and visited notable temples including the Changi Sree Râmar Temple, Serangoon Road Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, and Sri Ramar Sannidhi. Regular Prabhandha Sêvâkâlams were held on Sundays at these locations, and the journey concluded after covering a distance of 61.8 kilometers by midnight.

We jointly explored the landscapes of this nation aboard the divine Nâmâ on every pedal, and we remain committed to continuing this journey with further rides on Nâmâ to maintain our active and healthy lifestyles during National Days in the coming years.

Jai SriRâm 🙏
